 I am an 18-year-old Photographer based in London. Initially, lockdown restricted us to our homes and during the first few months I purchased a cheap 2nd hand, point and shoot camera from eBay, with a view to using it as a catalyst to my getting out of the house. It has now become an extension of my right hand.

Photography is a very instantaneous medium which enables me to hold the moment. Whilst I love drawing and printing, portrait photography allows me to capture personality, mood and location in one fell swoop.

The majority of my photographs are of my friends and family, making them very emotive to me, the more so bearing in mind the inevitable restrictions imposed on us during lockdown.
