Alcohol infused, cocktail inspired, hand made ice cream using fresh/local ingredients making whacky, creative concoctions to create a new tipsy, fun twist on ice cream.
Now this is not your typical rum n’ raisin where all of the good stuff is boiled off, this is ice cream carefully crafted with a range of different spirits and ingredients and holding an ABV of up to 10%.
We make a range of crazy concoctions, beautifully presented and knocking traditional cocktails out of the park.
